Torque speed sensor ST-7300
The sensor torque measurement adopts the strain electrical measurement principle. Resistor strain gauges are attached to the transmission shaft. When the transmission shaft is subjected to torsion, it will undergo a slight deformation. The resistance value of the strain gauge attached to the transmission shaft will change accordingly. Resistive strain gauges with the same strain characteristics are combined to form a measurement bridge. The change in strain resistance is converted into a change in electrical signal through the measurement bridge, thereby achieving torque measurement. Finally, the torque signal is exported using a rotational signal coupler to achieve non-contact measurement of the torque signal in the rotating state.
